This past Sunday we had our first planning meeting for 2010 at Randy and Judi Kilmer's home.  I think it went well and here are some items that we agreed will happen again this year.

1.Cars and Coffee:  One in Williamsport (any suggestions where?), one in McElhatten at Restless
Oaks, and one in State College at Eat 'N' Park.
2.Canyon Cruise:  End of August
3.Holiday Party:  January, at the Nittany Lion Inn
4.Caravan to Hershey Swap meet-end of April

We're also working on some other possibilities.  Some of these push the envelope a little, but we'll see what happens.

1.Joint event with Pocono Region in Bloomsburg
2.Possible weekend get away-maybe Corning Glass Museum, War Birds Museum, laps around the original Watkins Glen race track, wineries?  Let me know what you think.
3.Day trip to the Antique Auto Museum in Hershey
4.Dave Dix and Randy Kilmer tour/rally-don't know when yet

If you have any ideas, please pass them on to a board member or better yet, come to the next meeting.

Speaking of the next meeting, here's the poop.  We're meeting at the Mt. Nittany Inn at 3:00 PM on Sunday March 7.  After the meeting we're planning to stay for dinner, say 5:00 PM.  Please join us for the meeting, dinner, or both.  Incidentally, the Mt. Nittany Inn is located on Rt. 144 between Centre Hall and Pleasant Gap.  Also, please let Randy Kilmer know if you're coming, so the restaurant will be prepared for us.

I guess that's about it for now.  Remember, PCA isn't just about the cars – it's about the people!
